Yos Rizal Setiawan

Over 22 years’ extensive human resources experience covering Japan, Korea, Australia, India and 6 South East Asia countries. Despite of robust experience in regular HR strategic and operations, He has proven contributions in initiating, driving and executing several major strategic projects that affect human resources and the whole organization at country level and regional level. His contributions in the projects mainly focus on merger and acquisition process, change management, organization development, transformation process, culture building, organization restructuring, and employee relation/industrial relation.

His human resources career journey covers IT industry, banking industry and manufacturing sector. His recent employment allows me to get exposure various industries in industrial businesses, consumer businesses, healthcare business, electronic/energy businesses, and safety/graphic businesses. He is an inventor who always challenge better ways to do things through disruptive thinking process.

He is now Head of HR for Asia Supply Chain and Manufacturing & Asia Employee Relation COE Leader at 3M Singapore. Before moving to Singapore, he used to be Country HR Leader / Director at 3M Indonesia from Dexember 2002 until May 2016. He was also Human Resources Director at Rabobank in Jakarta from 2008 – 2012, VP - HR Relationship Manager & Branch Sales Leadership Head at Citibank Indonesia and the Head of HR at Microsoft Indonesia.

He holds master degree in Human Resources Management from Trisakti University in Jakarta, Bachelor degree in Psychology from University of Indonesia and also Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Gunadarma University.
